Flybridge Original and Plus is compatible with the following iPhones:

Domestic and International Shipping Information

  1. US Domestic please allow 5-8 days for delivery
    International please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery to most European and Asian countries, Australia and Canada. South American countries can take a very long time via the post, so please allow at least 1 month. China please allow 1 month.

  2. We have ceased shipping to Germany. German customs can hold packages indefinitely and we have no way to ensure these are released and delivered to our customers.

  3. If you would like expedited shipping with full tracking options anywhere in the world via Fedex or DHL, please email sales@flybridge.co and we can quote you the cost and organize easy payment options.

  4. Please note for International shipments (outside the US) duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and value of the order. Each country applies duties and taxes differently so please check with your local government authorities if in doubt. Flybridge can not be held responsible for any duties or taxes that may be applicable in your country.

 

How do I insert Flybridge into a Bose Dock? 
Bose docks can be tight. Once you remove the supplied insert in the Bose dock, you hook the front of the Flybridge in to the font of the dock and press down firmly on the top of the Flybridge support until you hear an audible click.  Here is a Video that might help.

Cases 
Flybridge Original was designed for your device as nature intended, i.e. no cases. Please note this before ordering as we can not accept returns if Flybridge does not work with your specific case. Please select Flybridge Plus is you wish to use a case. Plus works with most cases. Please note that the hole in the base of your case must fit the Apple 30 pin/Lighting adapter. The standard Lighting power cord sized hole is not sufficient.

The our Slice 3 case for iPhone 5 we can confirm does work with Flybridge Original.

 

Returns

If for some reason you would like to return your Flybridge product, please email a return request stating your reason to returns@flybridge.co , please use the world Return along with your Order No. in the subject line. Goods will need to be in original packaging and as new condition. Instruction on where to send your return will be provided when you email. Once the item is received and assessed a refund for the goods will be provided.
